It seems like the hormone isn't really the core of the strategy and is more like a supplement, which could be better for dieters in the long-run. This means that even if the hormone isn't all it's cracked up to be, there's still a solid foundation to burn excess pounds – and keep them off, too. Just don't expect it to be a quick fix, since diets that actually work never are.
