Imagine this. In a week your summer holiday starts. You'll be going to the beach. Awe-inspiring, right? Well, not really because there is one inconvenient fact you've been refusing to face throughout the whole spring, and that is the fact that you have put on some weight over the winter. How much? First thing, we need to be practical. About ten pounds can simply be shed off without doing anything unhealthy like taking weight loss pills or depriving your body of nutrient elements. So here is my story. I am six feet two inches tall. However , I weighed 217 pounds when I decided that I needed to get into better shape for the summer. And no, I am really not a body-builder - almost all of that weight was fat. Ideally, I'd need to be below two hundred pounds but having in mind that i want to generate results in a week, then it might be tough to get below that unless I actually exerted myself and dedicated myself.

However , for the standard person, who has to go to work and can not target a diet or an exercising programme for one week just to become fit for the summer, ten pounds would be a rather more realistic target. So how are we going to lose these 10 pounds?

The key to this diet is a combo between following a strict diet for twelve hours and also doing acceptable exercise to burn enough calories on an everyday basis. Some iron pumping in also recommended in order to ensure that you don't lose any of your muscles in the process.
