This beverage is taken every two hours and the consumption of raw foods has to be minimal. The second form simply considers the intake of the lemonade three times every morning for a period of one month. This second option is very accessible if you decide to lose weight constantly in a long term period.

To conclude, it is extremely important to utilize fresh and purified water, particularly bottled water, in order to reach the right results from this diet. Certainly, the first option is the easiest  process to achieve results, but it is recommended to get feedback from a doctor before following it. The other way definitely takes more weeks, but it is more pleasant and less profound with your body since it reduces toxins and assists to lose weight steadily.
